Exercise/workout Routine? - exercise workout routine

I think it wouldnt hurt me, losing a few pounds lol
So what do you think of this sport?
6 minutes after 3 minutes of jogging a few light weights, 2-4 minutes rest, another 6 minutes of jogging, then 4 minutes abdomen / 6 inches, a pause, then really only a repetition, or 2 hours or until I DONT pretty well tired. I push, I have some bad allergies, so do not overdo it.
I tried today, because the internet dropped lol and I'm not good enough for hour.Plus I really want a test for the tennis team shape next year.
So, what do you think? And the advice to eat or something?
